The alloy extruder screw is a high-performance core component for extrusion equipment, integrating advanced alloy materials and precision processing technologies. Working in tandem with the extruder barrel, it undertakes key processes such as conveying, melting, plasticizing, and homogenizing plastic or rubber raw materials. Its outstanding wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and high-temperature stability make it ideal for processing high-abrasion, high-corrosion, and special engineering materials.

Premium Alloy Materials & Advanced Forming Technologies: Crafted from high-quality alloy steels like 38CrMoAlA (SACM645), 31CrMoV9 (1.8519), and 34CrAlNi7 (1.8550) as the base material. Bimetallic alloy screws adopt advanced technologies such as PTA plasma welding and HVOF supersonic thermal spraying, forming a 2-3mm thick alloy layer on the surface. The alloy layer can contain up to 88% tungsten carbide (WC), delivering ultra-strong wear and corrosion resistance. Compared with conventional nitrided screws, their service life is more than doubled.

Key Parameters: Diameter ranges from 15mm to 800mm, length-diameter ratio (L/D) is 15-55, and the compression ratio can be customized according to product formulas and material characteristics, flexibly meeting diverse extrusion needs.
Precision Manufacturing & Stable Performance: Undergoes rigorous precision processing and heat treatment, with surface roughness reaching Ra 0.4μm and straightness controlled within 0.015mm/m, ensuring a tight fit with the barrel and minimizing material residue. Nitriding treatment (hardness HV850-1000, nitriding depth 0.5-0.8mm) further enhances surface hardness and wear resistance, guaranteeing stable operation under long-term high-load conditions.
Strong Material Adaptability: Excels in processing special engineering materials such as glass fiber-reinforced plastics, fluoroplastics, and PPO, as well as high-abrasion or corrosive raw materials.
