Our fully hardened feed screws are crafted from imported powder alloy steel. The integral round bar undergoes high-temperature quenching and tempering, achieving a hardness of HRC 60. Combined with precision and rough grinding processes of varying types, the concentricity of the root diameter and outer diameter is controlled within 0.03mm. This meets the high-precision requirements of diverse products, and effectively extends the service life of the screws under different working conditions.
