Bimetallic Barrel is a core component for injection/extrusion machinery, manufactured by centrifugal casting, powder sintering or high-temperature fusion technology. It features a high-strength backing steel (e.g., 38CrMoALA) for structural stability and a 1.0-2.5mm wear-resistant inner liner made of special alloys like Stellite or tungsten carbide. Specifically designed for processing highly abrasive and corrosive materials such as glass fiber-reinforced plastics, fluoroplastics, and engineering plastics, the product covers inner diameters from Φ15mm to 500mm and maximum length of 8000mm. It is compatible with injection molding, extrusion molding, blow molding and other processing scenarios, serving as a key component to enhance equipment throughput and product quality.
