Extruder Machine Screw

Extruder Machine Screw is the core power component of plastic extrusion molding equipment, specifically designed for continuous material conveying, melting, mixing and extrusion processes. It adopts integrally forged high-quality alloy steel base materials such as 38CrMoALA, combined with surface strengthening processes like ion nitriding, plasma spray welding or bimetallic composite technology. The thread structure and functional section distribution are optimized for different extrusion scenarios (e.g., pipe, sheet, profile, film, granulation). Covering a full range of specifications with diameters from Φ15mm to 500mm and length-diameter ratios (L/D) of 15-55, it is compatible with various materials including PE, PP, PVC, ABS, PC and glass fiber/carbon fiber reinforced engineering plastics. By precisely controlling material residence time, shear rate and melting quality, it ensures the dimensional accuracy and performance stability of extruded products, serving as a key core component in pipe extrusion, film blowing, profile production and other industries.

1.Precise Functional Section Division：Adopts scientific ratio of "feeding section-compression section-homogenizing section", and some models are equipped with barrier-type, pin-type or Maddock mixing sections to adapt to the melting characteristics of different materials and ensure mixing uniformity;​

2.Customized Structural Design：Screw groove depth can be adjusted according to material viscosity, compression ratio is optimized for heat-sensitive materials to avoid thermal degradation, and thread strength is enhanced for filled materials;​
