Premium Materials & Advanced Processes: Crafted from high-performance alloy steels such as 38CrMoAlA (SACM645), 31CrMoV9 (1.8519), and 4Cr5MoSiV1 (SKD61, H13). Surface nitriding treatment (hardness HV850-1000, nitriding depth 0.5-0.8mm) enhances wear and corrosion resistance. For high-demand scenarios, bimetallic versions adopt centrifugal casting or PTA plasma welding technology, with a 1.5-2.5mm thick special alloy layer on the inner wall, doubling service life compared to conventional products.
