This ensures seamless bonding between the alloy layer and the base material, with the alloy layer boasting excellent wear, corrosion, and high-temperature resistance-doubling the service life compared to conventional nitrided barrels.

Superior Precision & Stability: Undergoes rigorous precision processing and heat treatment. The surface roughness reaches Ra 0.4μm, and straightness is controlled within 0.015mm/m, ensuring tight fit with screws and minimizing material residue. Nitriding treatment (hardness HV850-1000, nitriding depth 0.5-0.8mm) further improves surface hardness and wear resistance, guaranteeing stable performance during long-term high-load operation.
Strong Adaptability to Materials: Excels in processing special engineering plastics such as glass fiber-reinforced plastics, fluoroplastics, and PPO, as well as high-abrasion or corrosive raw materials. The optional HVOF supersonic thermal spraying technology (with up to 88% WC content in the coating) provides ultra-strong wear and corrosion resistance, addressing extreme processing challenges.
