ZY Screw provides high-performance PVC twin screw and bimetallic barrel solutions specially designed for PVC processing with high filler content and recycled materials.
Our bimetallic barrel features a 2–5 mm thick alloy coating on the inner wall, offering outstanding wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and high-temperature performance. Compared with conventional nitrided barrels, its service life is significantly extended, especially when processing engineering plastics, fluoroplastics, PPO, and other highly abrasive materials.

For bimetallic screws, special alloy powders are sprayed and welded on the screw flights according to different functional zones. A newly developed full-surface hardening technology is applied to the entire screw instead of only PTA hard-facing on the flights, providing superior overall wear protection.

The tungsten carbide content in our bimetallic barrel lining has been increased from the traditional 10% to 30%–50%, and the maximum processing length has been extended to 4000 mm, ensuring longer service life under extreme working conditions.
