Extruder Single Screw Barrel for Cooling System is specially developed for extrusion equipment with cooling function, aiming to improve heat exchange efficiency, ensure stable temperature control and uniform plasticizing during continuous production.
Adopting high-quality alloy steel such as 38CrMoAlA, 42CrMo as base material, it supports nitriding, hard chrome plating, bimetallic alloy welding and centrifugal casting to meet different working conditions.
