1.Exceptional Dimensional Precision: Undergoes rigorous precision processing and quality control, with surface roughness reaching Ra 0.4μm and straightness strictly controlled within 0.015mm/m. The precise fit between the screw and cylinder minimizes material residue and ensures uniform plasticization, laying a solid foundation for high-precision product molding.

2.Premium Materials and Advanced Processes: Crafted from high-performance alloy steels such as 38CrMoAlA (SACM645), 31CrMoV9 (1.8519), and 4Cr5MoSiV1 (SKD61, H13). Key processes include nitriding treatment (hardness HV850-1000, nitriding depth 0.5-0.8mm) to enhance surface hardness and wear resistance. For high-demand scenarios, advanced technologies like PTA plasma welding and HVOF supersonic thermal spraying are adopted to form a dense alloy layer, further improving wear and corrosion resistance.
