Length-to-diameter ratio (L/D): The ratio of screw length to diameter, commonly ranging from 20:1 to 40:1. A higher L/D ratio results in better plasticizing, but increases energy consumption.
Screw speed: Typically 100-600 rpm, affecting output and melt quality. Higher speeds can increase output but may lead to material degradation.
Heating power: Configured according to the barrel sections (usually 3-7 sections), with independent temperature control for each section, requiring an accuracy of ±1℃.
