1. Do not start the machine before the screw reaches the pre-set temperature.
2. Prevent metal fragments and debris from falling into the hopper. If processing recycled materials, a magnetic hopper should be added to prevent iron filings from entering the barrel.
3. When using anti-drooling devices, ensure the plastic in the barrel is completely melted to prevent damage to the transmission system parts when the screw retracts.
4. When using new plastic, clean the screw thoroughly of any remaining material.
5. If black spots or discoloration are continuously observed in the molten plastic evenly at the normal temperature, check the screw.
6. During processing, strive for uniform plasticization of the material and prevent metal foreign objects from mixing into the material to reduce the screw's rotation torque.
