After the material enters the barrel through the feed inlet, it is conveyed forward by the rotating screw. During the process, the material is heated and melted (the heating temperature is usually 150-300℃, depending on the raw material), and further homogenized by the shearing action of the screw. Finally, the melt is extruded through the die, and after cooling and solidification, the desired shape is obtained.
