Working synergistically, it addresses the challenges of processing materials with high abrasion, corrosion, high viscosity, or special thermal properties, delivering reliable plasticization, stable conveying, and long-lasting performance.

Material & Process Optimization for Special Needs: Constructed from high-grade alloy steels such as 38CrMoAlA (SACM645), 34CrAlNi7 (1.8550), and X153CrMoV12 (1.2379), with bimetallic versions integrating advanced technologies like PTA plasma welding, HVOF supersonic thermal spraying (up to 88% WC content in coatings), and centrifugal casting. The 2-3mm thick alloy layer on screws and 1.5-2.5mm alloy sleeve in cylinders provides exceptional wear, corrosion, and high-temperature resistance, ideal for processing glass fiber-reinforced plastics, fluoroplastics, PPO, and other special materials.

Customized Structural Design: Tailored screw structures (barrier, separation, mixing, or venting types) and adjustable compression ratios optimize material plasticization and flow.
