Screw Elements

 

1. Conveying Elements
The primary function of conveying elements is to transport materials efficiently and steadily along the barrel.

Conveying speed is determined by the lead:

Larger lead → higher conveying speed

Smaller lead → lower conveying speed

Lead range: 0.5D – 2D

Available in self-cleaning and non-self-cleaning types

Optimal configurations are selected according to specific process demands.

2. Kneading Elements
Kneading elements are responsible for plasticizing, dispersing, and distributing materials.
Mixing efficiency is controlled by the disc thickness and stagger angle of each kneading block.

3. Hybrid Elements (ZME / TME / SME)
Hybrid elements are mainly designed for distributed mixing, combining conveying and kneading functions to achieve superior compounding performance.
