Single Screw Barrel is the core component for plastic extrusion, injection molding and composite material processing. Through the precise cooperation between screw and barrel, it realizes material conveying, melting, mixing and extrusion molding. Multi-material Adaptability: Made of high-quality alloy steel such as 38CrMoALA, 42CrMo, SKD61 and bimetallic composite materials, through nitriding treatment, hard alloy spraying and other processes, the hardness can reach HV900-1000, with wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance.

Customized Solutions: Support structural optimization for special materials (such as glass fiber reinforced materials, recycled materials, high-filled materials), and provide full-process technical services including drawing design, sample testing, on-site installation guidance.

Precision structural design: The screw channel depth, compression ratio, and mixing section structure are optimized according to the characteristics of different materials to achieve uniform melting and efficient degassing, reducing defects such as bubbles and coke.
