Integrated with bimetallic liners via high-temperature centrifugal casting, precision temperature control systems, and intelligent monitoring modules, the equipment achieves efficient conversion of raw materials into high-quality finished products, serving as an indispensable core power unit in modern manufacturing.

1. Precision Structural Design：Adopts innovative screw structures such as pin-type and separated-type designs. The screw flight surface is sprayed with 0.5-0.8mm tungsten carbide alloy, with barrel inner hole roughness Ra≤0.4μm and straightness controlled within 0.015mm/m, ensuring uniform material plasticization and product dimensional accuracy.​
2. Superior Material Compatibility：Screw base material is 38CrMOALA (SACM645) with Stellite/Colmonoy alloy overlay welding. Barrel features bimetallic composite liner (W6/H6/H26 material) with hardness up to HRC58-65, resisting high temperatures of 180-290℃ and high pressures of 1500-2500bar, suitable for processing glass fiber-reinforced and corrosive materials.
3. Intelligent Control System：Equipped with PID temperature control algorithm and real-time monitoring sensors, temperature fluctuation is controlled within ±2℃. Features emergency stop buttons and safety guards, supporting 24/7 continuous stable operation with fault warning response time ≤0.5 seconds.​

4. Modular Flexible Configuration：Modular barrel design enables quick replacement of functional sections. Optional types include open-type, closed-type, side feeding, and liquid injection barrels, adapting to the production of pipes, sheets, films, granules, and other product categories.
